Front Desk

Every Establishment has the option to use the Front Desk App. The Front Desk App allows you to have guests fill in an arrival form at check-in.

There are 2 parts to using Front Desk App:

  1. Create a Front Desk Form Automation
  2. Set up your Front Desk (this page)

Setting up your Front Desk App

The settings for the Front Desk App are straightforward.

Personalised URL

The Personalised URL is how you will access your Front Desk, and you can choose your own unique URL. You will need to save the page to claim this URL for yourself. Thereafter you can use the copy button to copy the URL, or the open button to open the URL in a new tab.

Using your Front Desk App

Your Front Desk will look similar to this:

Click on the button (with a name you have selected in settings) to pop up the check-ins dialog. This will have a Form for each guest that is due to arrive today, and you can click on the button to open and fill in the form. You can also scroll back a week in case you have a guest that has arrived late.
