Agents

If you would like to set up an Automation with a "Agent" Condition that matches certain agents by the Booker's email address, you need to open your Agent Configuration and edit the list:

Adding or Editing

Click on the "+" button to add an agent, or click on the three dots to bring up the menu to edit an existing one:

 

Agents are name - value pairs. You can either match against an exact email address, or any email from a domain.
