The BetterGuest Front Desk App is free to use for all members. It's a great way to have guests confirm details on check-in. And to capture last minute information, such as how many keys they guest would like, or when their expected check-out time will be. You decide on what content needs to be filled in.

There are 2 parts to using Front Desk Forms:

  1. Create a Front Desk Form Automation
  2. Set up your Front Desk in Establishment Configuration

Special kind of Form

A Front Desk Form Automation is a simpler version of the Form Automation:

  • The only content is the Form Template
  • The time it runs is set to midnight on the morning of check-in, and is not changeable

A copy of the completed form is emailed to you and the guest when it has been completed.
